1- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a Good Samaritan Oil product that is defective or damaged, we promise to replace it with a new one or offer you a full refund of the cost of the product. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to inform us of the problem and arrange for a refund.

2- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Good Samaritan Oil product for another of equal or greater value, you must contact us within 10 days of the date of purchase. The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

3- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order placed with Good Samaritan Oil, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund you the full amount paid. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
